Head of Growth, Asia Pacific

Aarohi is the Head of Growth for Palladium’s APAC business, leading strategic initiatives across the region. With over 18 years of experience spanning international development, strategic partnerships, and banking, Aarohi brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and regional insight to his role. Prior to joining Palladium, Aarohi served as Indonesia Country Manager and Senior Principal at DT Global, where he oversaw corporate strategy, business development and operations. He also worked for a FCDO funded project focusing on frontier research on systems strengthening in Uganda, South Sudan, Bangladesh and India. His earlier career includes impactful work in India’s financial inclusion sector, and strategic advisory roles with IPE Global in the UK.

Aarohi is passionate about building inclusive teams and communities and is a strong advocate of cognitive diversity as a key to achieving sustainable outcomes. He has a Masters in Public Administration from London School of Economics and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Organisational Behaviour from NMIMS, India.
