Alice Cheung
Alice is GISI’s Senior Vice President of Finance and brings more than 19 years of experience in international finance and accounting, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with corporate, private equity, and infrastructure investors. She has led multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, advising on financial due diligence, valuation, and accounting considerations, integration and separation matters, and deal structuring. She has worked across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and diversified industrials.
Prior to joining GISI, Alice was a Director of FP&A and Business Development for Tronox Limited, the largest global integrated producer of titanium dioxide, and was also previously a Director in KPMG LLP’s Deal Advisory practice. Alice completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New South Wales in Australia and is a member of CAANZ.
