Amelia is UKEA’s Regional Director, based in London. She graduated from the London School of Economics with a post-graduate degree in international development management, and a specialism in global health. She began her career in the non-profit sector, managing programs in South-East Asia and the Horn of Africa.

She's been with Palladium for 11 years, based both in the UK and South Africa, where she has specialised in bidding on and delivering complex programs, leading high-risk development and humanitarian response projects and intricate transition processes (including acquisition integrations). She became Chief Operating Officer of UKEA in 2023, before transitioning into the Regional Director role in 2024.
