Becky has been with Palladium since 2021 and has extensive experience working in the welfare to work arena. For over 20 years she has worked in a variety of roles within employability and for the last 18 in operational management roles.
She's led and managed several DWP programmes, including the New Deal for Disabled People, Employment Zones, Work Programme, Work and Health Programme and Restart. In addition, she's led ESF and LDA Contracts and the Refugee Employability Programme with the Home Office and most recently is implementing Palladium's multiple Connect to Work programmes.
Becky is a trusted and motivating leader with a determined and proactive approach to challenges with extensive experience in implementing contracts across new and established geographies, while building stakeholder relationships and engaged and high performing teams.
