Ben is a Director of Palladium’s Infrastructure business with more than 30 years’ experience planning and delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. A highly regarded project leader, he brings extensive expertise in project management, procurement, contract administration and governance, helping clients successfully plan, procure and deliver major capital works in challenging and complex environments.

With a background spanning Defence, transport, telecommunications, education, health and residential projects, Ben is adept at leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating diverse stakeholder environments to achieve successful project outcomes. His strategic approach, commercial acumen and focus on effective governance ensure projects are delivered with transparency, value for money and long-term operational objectives at the forefront of decision making.

Ben has successfully delivered significant infrastructure projects including redevelopment projects at RAAF Basse Williamtown, Darwin and Tindal, the Tonga Hawaiki Branch System Subsea Cable, the Port Vila Central Police Station, and the planing for the Timor-Leste Airport Facilities Project.
