David leads Palladium’s APAC business with a focus on Palladium’s extensive work with the Australian Government. With a broad business, trade, and investment background, David was previously the chairman and CEO of Scope Global, an Australian managing contractor that specialised in education, skills, and training services. Prior to Scope Global, David spent a decade working in the South Australian Government, including as South Australia’s Deputy Agent General in the Australian High Commission in London where he stimulated inbound renewable energy investment and grew outbound agricultural exports.

David has worked in higher education as the head of the School of Energy and Resources at University College London and at UNSW in Sydney where he focussed on the commercialisation of quantum computing.
