Dean is a registered architect, project director and infrastructure adviser with extensive experience leading strategic planning, design and delivery projects across Australia, the Pacific and international markets. He specialises in guiding complex infrastructure initiatives from early feasibility and business case development through to procurement, design, construction and handover.

With a background spanning diplomatic, government, education, aviation, health and civic infrastructure, Dean is adept at leading multidisciplinary teams and working with diverse stakeholder groups to translate complex requirements into practical, achievable outcomes. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, project governance and the management of infrastructure projects in remote and challenging environments ensures delivery approaches are informed by sound strategy, value for money and long-term asset performance.

Dean has successfully delivered some of the region’s most significant government and international infrastructure projects, including the Nauru Airport Rehabilitation Project, Australian High Commission developments in Nairobi, Abuja and Funafuti, Solomon Islands Ministry of Justice Redevelopment and Honiara City Masterplan. He currently has active projects in Kiribati, Tuvalu and Nauru.
