For more than 25 years, Dennis has supported businesses, governments, and civil society organizations to advance economic development, investment, and growth. With experience spanning 43 countries, he has designed and executed approaches to drive private sector development and competitiveness, improve enabling environments for business, expand trade and investment, and mobilize private sector financing to address development challenges.

With a career that started in the development and growth of economic zones, he established a sound understanding of infrastructure development, investment promotion, and public-private partnerships to catalyze economic growth. Prior to Palladium, Dennis was a senior management consultant at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management (now ASU) and dual BAs from the University of Missouri.
