Over her 10-year career, Erin has worked with private companies to design and implement community resilience strategies that drive systemic change. At Palladium, Erin focuses on the mining sector, collaborating with mining companies who operate across Latin America, Africa and the APAC region to build strategies and implement projects that diversify economies, support non-mining livelihoods, restore nature and equip workforces with skills for the future. Outside of her work with the mining industry, Erin has supported consumer goods brands and public institutions to streamline efforts and improve processes as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Prior to joining Palladium, Erin worked in Mexico's non-profit sector, supporting community development and anticorruption efforts and eventually co-founding her own non-profit consulting agency focused on fundraising and network building. Erin holds an M.P.A. from Columbia University in Economic Development and an undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
