Jemima is an experienced leader who thrives on building teams to solve complex problems that create positive change for people and communities. With over 25 years’ experience in the international development sector, Jemima has worked extensively across the Indo-Pacific region in a range of management and leadership roles. She is currently Team Leader for the Pacific Labour Facility, and has previously worked on the Fiji Access to Quality Education Program, and the RAMSI Governance Support Facility in the Solomon Islands.
