Jeremy (Jez) brings 25 years of experience delivering projects in countries facing complex emergencies, conflict, and political transition. Prior to joining Palladium, he led teams managing and implementing global USAID portfolios (including SWIFT 4 & 5 and PEACE IDIQ) and Department of State-funded stabilisation and peacebuilding initiatives in Afghanistan, Burma, Cameroon, Central Asia, Honduras, Kenya, Malaysia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, and regional West Africa.

Jez is a former USAID/OTI Afghanistan Chief of Party. He previously served 12 years with the International Organization for Migration, including two consecutive posts as Chief of Mission for Libya and Uganda, and has spent four years as an Emergency Officer working in over 20 countries. His British Army experience includes two operational tours in Kosovo with the NATO Peace Keeping Force.
