Keith has over 30 years of experience in the international development sector. After serving as President of Management Systems International along with a variety of senior leadership positions within the organisation, he was President of Tetra Tech’s global development services Division.

Keith’s previous experience includes serving as Chief of Party on a USAID-funded project in Washington, D.C. and working as a senior M&E advisor to USAID/Kenya. His country and regional experience includes Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, the Near East, and the Balkans.
