Kristen has 25 years of experience managing economic growth and development projects as well as business development and strategic operations initiatives. Her background and skill set are diverse, having lived in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia and worked with the private sector, donors and governments.

Kristen is currently based in Washington DC leading projects and business development opportunities across Palladium’s Economic and Inclusive Growth practices. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Palladium’s GCC business, as well as serving as Team Leader of the UK-funded NU-TEC Market Systems Development Program in Uganda. Kristen has an MBA and a Masters in International Relations.
