Mark co-leads our Economic Growth work in EMEA, based in London. An economist and private sector development expert, Mark is passionate about using evidence to drive investment in job creation, skills development, and supporting countries in their low-carbon transition.

With 20 years of experience, he has designed and delivered programmes in 30 countries, facilitating market system development, attracting private sector investment, creating jobs, and reducing poverty. He currently serves as Project Director for the UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transition and the Dutch Government’s Challenge Fund for Youth Employment.

Mark holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
