Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience working in international development, foreign affairs and international security. She has served as adviser to Australia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and senior adviser to Australia’s Minister for International Development and the Pacific, and has over 10 years’ experience managing Pacific policy development and program implementation. She has previously been posted by the Australian Government to Papua New Guinea and Kenya, and has served with the United Nations peacekeeping mission in South Sudan. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Australian National University.
