Saurendra brings over 25 years of expertise in Management Consulting, specializing in Strategic Consulting, Project and Program Management, and Capacity and Skill Development for Government, Quasi-Government entities, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). He has collaborated with more than 20 State Governments across India, crafting six governance roadmaps, including one for Bangladesh. Saurendra has spearheaded significant initiatives such as Institutional Strengthening programs for GRIDCO and Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation, as well as skilling programs in Meghalaya and Rajasthan. His extensive collaboration with donor agencies like the World Bank, ADB, and DFID/FCDO underscores his ability to drive impactful change.

Currently, as a Director at Palladium Consulting India Pvt Ltd, Saurendra leads new business pursuits in the rapidly growing Eastern India region.
