Shivani brings strong international development experience to Palladium having led large scale projects funded by USAID, FCDO/DfID, DFAT, BMGF and others. She is a Director at Palladium and presently the Team Leader on DFAT’s South Asia Regional Infrastructure Connectivity (SARIC) – training and networking services project which supports the overall goal to deepen economic linkages, support regional prosperity and inclusive growth across South Asia. She has been a part of Palladium since 2016 where first started as a Business Advisor to DFAT’s BPP program and went on to lead Palladium’s Agriculture sector in India. Shivani is leading the project quality frameworks development for the India office.

Prior to Palladium, Shivani managed large scale programs across Asia, Africa and Latin America where she worked in skill development, livelihoods, agriculture, energy and the affordable housing sectors. Her experience includes working with international not for profits, social enterprises, businesses and government. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Delhi university and an MBA from Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
