Thomas leads Get Set UK and serves as Senior Director for Human Services at Palladium. He brings a strong personal commitment to supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, shaped by his own lived experience.

After undergoing life-changing heart surgery at 18 and navigating recovery while receiving sickness benefits, Thomas experienced first-hand the challenges that can affect confidence, self-worth, and access to opportunity.

This experience inspired him to found Get Set UK in 2009, with a clear mission to support people facing similar challenges to build skills, confidence, and sustainable careers.

Since then, Thomas has led the growth of Get Set UK into a purpose-driven organisation that works with partners across the public and private sectors to deliver employment and skills programmes that create lasting impact for individuals and communities.

Outside of work, Thomas is a dedicated husband and father to three young boys, who are a constant source of motivation and inspiration.
