Zel specialises in training and awareness, website and app accessibility reviews, accessible technologies, accessibility reviews and marketing and communications. Zel has worked in the disability sector for 16 years at state, national and international levels. She currently runs her own disability consultancy, Inclusive World, where she specialises in accessibility and training.

Zel completed her Bachelor of Arts (Politics and Government) at Edith Cowan University in 2003. She is passionate about building a world where everyone counts and strongly believes that our team present a positive direction towards reaching this dream. Zel is a consultant in the Palladium Disability Access and Inclusion team, bringing specialisation in reviewing the accessibility of digital assets, facilitating training, and easy read text translation.
