Amit is the CEO of Palladium India, a joint venture with AP Globale, where he leads the firm’s growth and efforts to deliver positive impact in India. He has over two decades of extensive government advisory experience, having worked across central, state, and local levels, as well as with funding agencies such as the FCDO, IFC, UNDP, World Bank, USAID, DFAT, and ADB.

Before joining Palladium, Amit held leadership roles in the government advisory business at KPMG, Accenture, Ernst & Young, and PwC. He also served at the Comptroller and Auditor General, the Supreme Audit Institution of India, for nearly eight years, conducting performance assessments and reviews of large government programs.

Amit has a proven track record in building large, high-performance teams and delivering innovative solutions that drive firm growth and achieve key milestones. His expertise spans sectors such as disaster management, water, urban transformation, public service delivery modernization, agriculture and allied ecosystem transformation, health systems strengthening, transport and road safety, skilling and entrepreneurship, and public finance. He holds a postgraduate degree in Management from the Xavier Institute of Management and is a World Bank Certified Public Procurement Expert.
