Andrew Sutherland
Andrew is head of Natural Capital at Palladium, leading on many of our global partnerships and projects in the nature space. This includes serving as CEO of Regeneration, a financing and technical assistance platform that supports green businesses across the tropics; Director of Revere, a collaboration between Palladium and the UK National Parks to bring green finance into UK nature restoration projects; and leading our strategic partnership with NatureScot, Scotland’s Environment Agency.
Andrew has 15 years of nature restoration experience and has delivered impact in 25 countries, with a focus on green finance, business incubation and delivering complex programming to governments, investors and private companies. He was COO at Partnerships for Forests, which is the world’s largest incubator of nature-based solutions, and has also acted as Palladium’s EMEA Operations Director.
Andrew holds qualifications from LSE, the University of Leeds and Nottingham Trent University and is passionate about the role that finance can play in ending the twin crises of climate change and nature loss.
