Bruce provides education on autism sensory experiences to help workplaces understand how to be more accommodating of autistic employees and clients. Bruce aims to help others understand the autistic sensory experience. He has been providing presentations on the autism sensory experience as a guest lecturer at Flinders University since 2018, and has presented at conferences such as the Darwin Australian Association for Special Educators on autism sensory experiences. His insights include creating awareness about the factors that lead to sensory overload and its impact. Bruce aims to share his lived experience and academic study to help others understand autistic sensory experiences. He has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with majors in Psychology and Neuroscience. Bruce is a consultant in the Palladium Disability Access and Inclusion team, supporting projects domestically and globally.
