With over 15 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Africa and globally, he has a proven track record in designing and scaling digital public infrastructure solutions that improve public services for underserved communities. At Palladium, Teddy spearheads a global portfolio of multi-country digital health and digital supply chain programs and has forged strategic partnerships with major donors such as the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Assistant, USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and The World Bank. Through these efforts, he aligns cutting-edge technology solutions with public health goals and national development strategies to achieve high-impact results.

A recognised speaker and author with deep expertise in open-source ecosystems, cybersecurity, and the application of AI/ML for public sector innovation, Teddy is passionate about inclusive digital transformation and has contributed to shaping global digital development strategies through thought leadership and advisory roles. Teddy holds an M.S. in Software Engineering and Information Science, and a B.Ed. in Physics.
